The foundation of Red Brick was laid 40 years ago with the construction of HIMADRI, one of the first multi-storeyed residential buildings in Ballygunge, Kolkata.

The group entered into SRA and Redevelopment projects of Mumbai in 2005 and currently developing in excess of 2.7 million Sq. ft. of area. Mr. Swanand D. Dadhe –General Manager

Being the most knowledgeable person with around 40 years of experience behind him, he is a father figure to the group. There is no situation which is too difficult for him. He handles the General Management of the Office, Site Inspection , SRA & BMC related Work.

Mr. Divyush Goenka – CEO Construction

He has made strides in the Construction business and become the CEO of this division at the tender age of 22. He has 10 years of rich experience in this field and has relocated MNCs within India. Through his exceptional talent and professional skills he implements both innovative and best practices across the projects and ensuring timely delivery.

Mr. R.P.Rathi- CFO

He is a qualified CA with 25 years of experience. He specializes in banking and loan syndication from Banks and financial institutions. With his tremendous knowledge regarding financial solutions, accounting procedures and excellent analytical skills, Mr. Rathi, manages all the financial activities and taxation of the group.

Mr. Hozefa –Financial Consultant

He is the MD of H&Y Consultants –a project finance and loan syndication company that he started with his partner Mr. Prakash Surve. He has worked with numerous clients from various industries, such as manufacturing, exporters, traders and builders in organizing funds from prestigious Co-operative and Public Sector Banks. He has helped Red Brick with Working Capital limits for the Mangalmay and IBIS Projects.

Mr Rajesh Modi-Director –Idea Marketing Pvt Ltd.

He has around 25 years of rich experience in Sales of Real Estate/Home Loan and Finance Industry. With his excellent Organizational, Planning and HR skills, he has brought about a dramatic change in the functioning of the group. He has instant ideas for every problem which has earned him the nickname “Idea Man Rajesh”.

Mr. Sebastian – Project Manager

A dynamic engineer having 35 years of work experience, he has completed more than 2 million sq. ft of construction in Mumbai. He has in-depth knowledge of Civil Construction, rules and regulations of BMC and legal aspects related to On-Site labour.

Mr. Freddy D –Marketing & Sales (Commercial)

He has a successful track record of 24 years in Marketing, Sales & Distribution. He is a go –getter and his approach to work is System driven. He has worked for MNC retail firms such as Kodak where he managed Marketing, Sales and Distribution.

Mr. Keith Fialho- Marketing & Sales (Residential-IBIS)

He has around 12 years of experience in various Industries and has worked for leading real-estate companies in Mumbai. An MBA in Marketing from NMIMS, his ideas and inputs have ensured that the group takes large steps towards achieving its desired goals.

As we continue to leap forward towards constructing great architectural structures, at Red Brick, we believe our responsibility towards society is of prime importance.
